Identity has been recognized as one of 150 organizations that have made commitments to the academic achievement of Latino students as part of the 25th Anniversary of the White House Initiative on Hispanic Excellence in Education.
Our commitment of over $1.0 million is to create a structured academic and social/emotional support system for Latino youth and their families that will follow the youth from middle school through high school graduation.
The seven-year commitment provides intensive math instruction, STEM and other enrichment activities, and a strong parent-engagement component to ensure participants’ successful high school graduation and college access.
