Dear Friends,
Today – in the wake of recent acts of hate and violence against people of Asian descent, the Identity community expresses our solidarity with the Asian American Pacific Islander community and promises to stand with and up for each other and against racism and inequities.
We are painfully aware that almost one year ago – in the wake of the murder of George Floyd, the Identity community expressed sadness, pain and anger related to the racism that permeates and poisons our systems and relationships. We promised then, as we do today, to continue to combat this evil. We ask friends of Identity to join us.
