Community Engagement Case Manager- Full Time-Bilingual (English/Spanish)- Gaithersburg, MD
Identity has an opportunity for a full time Community Engagement Case Manager that implements strategies, activities, and programs for engaging and recruiting vulnerable youth and young adults at targeted communities across the Upcounty region. The targeted locations include Cider Mill Apartments, Germantown Park, Clopper Mill Apartments, Hamptons Apartments, Seneca Ridge and the Youth Opportunity Centers as needed. They work with participants to assess personal strengths and develop individualized plans to achieve identified short- and long-term goals. The Community Engagement Case Manager provides guidance, feedback, and support to youth serving as role model, advocate, and ally throughout their enrollment in the Youth Opportunity Centers and its services.
Compensation: $22.12 per hour

Youth Development Specialist - Full Time-Bilingual(English/Spanish)- Quince Orchard High School
Identity has an opportunity for a full time bilingual (English and Spanish) Youth Development Specialist at Quince Orchard High School through our Bridge to Wellness Program.
Services provided by the Youth Development Specialist will include planning, coordinating, and implementing curriculum-based programs using the Positive Youth Development Model as the theoretical basis for programming; working with youth and their families to identify critical needs; making referrals to social services; and providing ongoing support and mentoring.
Compensation $21.15 per hour
