Chief Program Officer -  Full Time-Bilingual (English/Spanish)-Gaithersburg, MD

 

The Chief Program Officer (CPO) is responsible for elevating and enhancing Identity’s programmatic portfolio in keeping with Identity’s core values in order to advance Identity’s mission and service to the community. This includes overall responsibility for program strategy, design, coordination and innovation, ensuring that Identity’s programs meet the highest standards for quality, impact and responsiveness to community needs. The Program Directors and the Senior Manager of Evaluation and Quality Assurance report to the CPO.

The Chief Program Officer reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Leadership Team to provide strategic guidance and other support, as needed. The CPO is a steward for Identity’s culture and values.

Community Engagement Case Manager- Full Time- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Takoma Park, MD

 

Identity has an opportunity for a full time bilingual (English and Spanish) Community Engagement Case Manager at Down County Opportunity Center located in Takoma Park, MD.

The Community Engagement Case Manager provides guidance, feedback, and support to youth serving as role model, advocate, and ally throughout their enrollment in the Youth Opportunity Centers and its services. Additionally, this is a hybrid position, the Community Engagement Case Manager will deliver services directly in the community at targeted locations (Long Branch, Carroll Avenue, Northwest Park, Lockwood, Silver Spring, Quebec Terrace) and in the Youth Opportunity Centers as needed.

Program Facilitator/Recreation Assistant - Full Time-Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Gaithersburg, MD

 

Join Identity’s Out of School Time Team as a full-time Program Facilitator working with elementary, middle and high school students and their families. Facilitators work in teams of 2-3 to plan, coordinate, and implement curriculum- and school-based programs using the Positive Youth Development Model. The elementary school curriculum focuses on literacy and social emotional skills of second and third grade students. The middle and high school component focuses on social-emotional skills and leadership development. All programs also incorporate recreation activities such as soccer, basketball, tennis, etc. The Program Facilitator will co-deliver in-person sessions at our participating schools to groups of 15-25, four days a week.
