Our re-entry and rehabilitation program provides young inmates with critical support and interventions, including a smooth transition to our Youth Opportunity Centers and other Identity services after they are released.
This program is conducted at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Clarksburg and supports young inmates with a broad range of services, including workshops on behavior modification, conflict resolution, anger management, and problem solving.
These activities engage inmates in interactive skills-building exercises and provide them with the tools and resources necessary to re-enter society upon release. The program also provides case management services to inmates’ family members who are residing in Montgomery County.
