Identity is seeking a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Program Facilitator to plan, coordinate, and implement curriculum- and school-based programs using the Positive Youth Development Model. The program works with elementary, middle, and high school youth and their families. The elementary school curriculum focuses on the literacy and social emotional skills of second and third grade students, and the middle and high school component focuses on social-emotional skills. The Program Facilitator will deliver in-person facilitation with social distancing and safety procedures in place, as determined by federal, state, and local authorities. Responsibilities include identifying client needs and providing ongoing support. Supports supervisor in collection of data and preparation of reports.

Identity has opportunities for part-time (10-20 hours per week) bilingual (English and Spanish) Program Facilitators at the Seneca Valley and Watkins Mill High School-Based Health & Wellness Centers we manage in Montgomery County, Maryland. The Wellness Centers provide a broad array of programs and services focused on supporting the physical, social, emotional, and mental wellbeing of the students at the school. This part-time position is to be part of team providing additional evening hours of programs and services to newcomer immigrant youth including non-clinical emotional support groups, positive and engaging youth activities, therapeutic recreation, case management, homework support, and family reunification and strengthening groups. These activities may include field trips, service-learning activities, or family-oriented activities based on the needs of students and families during these extended hours. Facilitates or co-facilitates various after-school programs with groups of up to 25 youth. Responsibilities include assisting with preparing and running sessions, performing data entry, and filing and undertaking other administrative work as necessary.
