Identity offers programs and services at multiple locations in Montgomery County.

Identity’s program locations include Wellness Centers at three high schools (Gaithersburg, Watkins Mill and Wheaton), two Youth Opportunity Centers (Upcounty in Gaithersburg and in Takoma Park), and after-school programs offered at more than a dozen elementary, middle and high schools.
