DC United donated a total of $5,500 in soccer equipment to Identity through the Every Save Makes a Difference program, which is an initiative sponsored by Major League Soccer (MLS), Adidas, and Univision to support local organizations serving Latino communities.
DC United pledged its support to Identity during three games in May in which ten saves, worth $500 each, were made. DC United representatives presented the equipment to Identity’s soccer players on May 31, 2016.
