Identity has an opportunity for a part time (15-25 hours) Parent Outreach Worker at the John F. Kennedy High School School-Based Health & Wellness Center and the Wheaton High School-Based Health & Wellness Center.

Services provided by the Parent Outreach Worker include assessing parents and families’ needs and concerns. Responsibilities include: completing needs assessments, Family Action Plans, assisting Youth Development Specialist in providing support and expertise to families of youth through service planning, referrals, follow-up and support. Assists in planning and implementing parent meetings.

Identity has an opportunity for a bilingual (English and Spanish) Senior Program Manager for Community Mental Health. The Senior Program Manager for Community Mental Health oversees the program development, implementation, data collection, evaluation and budgets for the Encuentros and Family Reunification and Strengthening Programs. The Senior Program Manager works closely with the High School Program Director to ensure the quality and consistency of programs and services under their responsibility and drive the strategic priorities for Identity’s Community Mental Health programs. The Senior Program Manager supervises the Encuentros and Family Reunification Program Managers and works with the High School and Evaluation Program Directors to guarantee successful completion of output and outcome targets.

Identity has an opportunity for a full time bilingual (English and Spanish) Youth Development Specialist at the Rockville High School through our Bridge to Wellness Program. Services provided by the Youth Development Specialist will include planning, coordinating, and implementing curriculum-based programs using the Positive Youth Development Model as the theoretical basis for programming; working with youth and their families to identify critical needs; making referrals to social services; and providing ongoing support and mentoring.
