Identity is seeking a full-time (40hrs/week) bilingual (English/Spanish) Information Technology (IT) Administrative Assistant to support in maintaining and managing the inventory of hardware, software, and other technology assets within the organization. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a good understanding of IT equipment and software. Will also provide first level support to organization staff as needed and coordinate with it vendor to ensure services are being met.

Identity is seeking a dynamic, bilingual (Spanish/English) team member to join Elementary and Middle School Programs. The Parent Outreach Worker’s (POW) primary responsibility is to conduct outreach and support of 30 families, including a needs assessment, referrals to social services, development of Family Wellness Plans, and case management. The POW will also plan and implement one monthly virtual and/or in-person meeting on topics to support their children’s growth and development.

Identity has an opportunity for a bilingual (English and Spanish) Senior Program Manager for Community Mental Health. The Senior Program Manager for Community Mental Health oversees the program development, implementation, data collection, evaluation and budgets for the Encuentros and Family Reunification and Strengthening Programs. The Senior Program Manager works closely with the High School Program Director to ensure the quality and consistency of programs and services under their responsibility and drive the strategic priorities for Identity’s Community Mental Health programs. The Senior Program Manager supervises the Encuentros and Family Reunification Program Managers and works with the High School and Evaluation Program Directors to guarantee successful completion of output and outcome targets.
