The Bilingual ESOL Instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering ESOL instruction/tutoring with the goal of helping youth pass from beginner, to intermediate, to the highest level. This is a professional part-time position with opportunities to innovate, create, grow, and advance.
The ESOL program is one of the flagship programs of Identity’s Youth Opportunity Centers. It complements our workforce development program, designed for opportunity youth up to age 25. Our goal is to support these young people in their transition to adulthood, helping them move closer to acquiring the skills and experiences necessary to secure steady employment and be on a path toward self-sufficiency. All our work is grounded in the Positive Youth Development model, supported by intensive family case management and counseling.
