MC Dept. of Rec to the Rescue

Montgomery County Department of Recreation came to the aid of Identity families this month with 330 large boxes of fresh produce over four days.  With each delivery, Soccer Coaches Efrain Viana and Marlon Morales would transfer the boxes into Identity buses and vans and set up a distribution point at Identity’s main office in Gaithersburg for some families, while they and other staff would drive other food boxes to families who could not leave their homes.  The Department of Rec has always been a champion for our youth, keeping them healthy through sports, and we are so grateful to them for supporting families this summer through healthy food.
