Thank you to everyone who made sure 950 Identity students received new backpacks and supplies, so they were ready to learn on the first day of classes.

Students in elementary school through high school plus older youth in workforce training classes received full backpacks, a handwritten note of encouragement and an in-person “welcome” from their program staff.

We especially appreciate the 50+volunteers including from the Jewish Community Relations Council, Women Who Care Montgomery County, Giving Together, Citizen Heights Church, Unitarian Universalist Church of Rockville, and the law offices of Stein Sperling.

And a very special thank you to this year’s Amigo Sponsors:  JCRC, MSG Cares and the Sullivan Foundation.

Together, you are helping students thrive with the right support at the start of a new school year.
